Alright, i've just set up a facebook fan page for Bodybuilding Lair which you guys can join here if you've a Facebook profile.

It's a little premature I know (considering the website isn't even live yet, but it's gotta be done sooner or later!

I've just finished making a Facebook specific RSS feed which will feature the latest threads created here on the Lair.

I'm going to try and limit it to posting one single thread a day on the wall as not to annoy people as it shows up in their news feed.
