I've just finished moving a lot of the Bodybuilding Lair's files (css, images etc) over to Amazon's cloudfront content delivery network.

What this does is share the files (such as the images for the look of the Lair) all over their many servers situated throughout the world, and when you guys visit the Lair, it will automatically download the files from the closest possible server to you - meaning they'll download much faster, thus speeding up the page load times no matter where you are in the world.

I'm planning on moving the files from the mobile version of the Lair shortly so the mobile version will run even faster!

Having just run some tests - it looks like it's knocked about 4 seconds off the loading time!
