Default Workout Music

What music do you listen to for motivation? When I work out I listen to heavy music - I want to be angry at the weights and get pissed off enough to throw them around. My usual selections are:

Spineshank
Slipknot
It Dies Today
Silent Civilian

SlipKnot is great, Five Finger Death Punch, Chevelle, Static X, Disturbed, Godsmack, Mudvayne...

I do like your taste. Nice Wayne Static pic, too.

Yeah, they're one of my favorites and I love his hair, of course.

As long as I don't have to listen to country or rap..

I like Hardcore Raver old school music... Something to get my pumped and bouncing off the walls to lift big... The shouting, death metal stuff just doesn't do it for me but guys at The Pumping Station play it all the time!!!!

I love techno and electronic music, too, but I do much better with it for cardio (which I did yesterday for the first time in several years!) when I need to get a rhythm going but the heavy stuff for slinging weight...
