fair enough no laughing though



no after shot yet though as this was only a few months ago since i decided to add mass, only a begginer to body building(even though i been working out for years, but i did only used to be about 9.5stone now im 11.1st)
as you can see i got alot to put on to get to my target weight of 185lb
ps ignore the mess lol

bout 68kg(149lb)yeah i know skinny, only at 71kg now so not much change for a after photo yet lol, so come on peeps get out them guns.
