Basically the glucose gave me the shits lol, i'd neck it down with my shake and before long, i was on the toilet!
I actually ended up giving waxy maize a shot for a week or two, but i just can't stomach that either; it makes me feel so bloated and full - too full to have my post workout meal!
So for the time being, i'm back to either glucose or the Universal Carbo Plus!
