I usually have 50 - 60 grams of glucose, a long with my BCAAs, and two scoops of Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey Protein.
I decided to switch the glucose with some waxy maize about two weeks ago, but i really can't stomach it, it tastes so bad and makes me feel really full - so i've gone back to the glucose.
When I get home, i cook myself up some scrambled eggs and neck some oats too.
Seems to do the job!
