I'm just curious as to what everyones supplement stack looks like and how much you spend on supplements a month?

At the moment, mine is:

Pro Lab Creatine,
BCAAs,
Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard (Usually go through one and a half tubs a month - which my pocket feels... )

In all, it usually sets me back £100 ($156ish) a month.

I've just been checking out SuperPump 250, seems pretty good! Going to order some in a mo to give a try.

it is worth it, I naturally have high tolerance to caffeine/stimulants, but this one worked fine.

That's cool; as I said in my other thread, I've just ordered some Super Pump 250 to give it a try

It was supposed to arrive today just in time for my legs workout, but the delivery company suck ass so it got delayed until tomorrow - just in time for my back workout

I'll let you guys know how it turns out!
