Default what fat burner?????

just wanting to cut up for summer, not got alot of fat but prob still need to get rid of 2-3%BF for my abs to show through.

just wondering if anyone can recommend any decent fat burners, was looking at La Muscles Fat Stripper Intense for about £32 for a month supply(any good)

should be able to lose it in bout 5-6 wks(hopefully), without losing much muscle.

Fat burners are a tough one, there's a fair few good ones out there. Hydroxy Cut by Muscle Tech is a good one (a friend of mine says he's seeing some good results from it), along with Xenadrine and Animal Cuts (Animal Cuts is pretty expensive though, as is most Animal stuff).

A few people experience jitteryness and trouble sleeping with the Xenadrine, but those who don't say they've lost some pretty good weight.

I've never had any experience with LA Muscle's stuff i'm afraid, but I've just stumbled across this review which seems to be pretty good! - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showpo...01&postcount=1

I presume you've changed your diet and increased cardio to help you shed those few extra pounds in time for the summer?

PS: I've only just noticed you're in Dorset, I'm just up the road from you in Somerset

not changed diet too drasticly, coz still wanna keep the muscle i have managed to put on(not much lol) mainly less carbs in evening an more fruit an veg, but yeah up'd cardio 20mins after weights an also 20-30mins unfuelled in morns(when on afters shift) also starting to cycle to work, when i get my bike fixed(only 4 mile).

an yeah lived in dorset bout 2yr now, hence wanting AB's for the beach

ive tried la muscles fat burners before; saw some pretty good results with them too (like you i lowered my carbs and was increasing my treadmill time). the only thing i'd suggest is make sure you chug them down quickly as the caps seem to dissolve on your tounge real quickly lol
