HowTo: Achieve your goals easily!

Of course, many of you guys would love to lose the extra fat, but who would want to get on a diet?!
I am sure no one would!
So what is the easy way?
The answer is simple! Eat regularly; more healthy food, and less junk food!
Your selection of food will affect the way you lose or gain fat, the first step to do that is to eat properly, and workout regularly. With a 5 meal diet, and 20 minutes of cardio, you could probably be losing 1/4-1/2 pounds of fat per month (depends on the person, diet, and amount of activity).
So lets start eating regularly, and by the summer get shredded!
