Hello everyone,

Of course, many of you guys would love to lose the extra fat, but who would want to get on a diet?!

I am sure no one would!

So what is the easy way?

The answer is simple! Eat regularly; more healthy food, and less junk food!

Your selection of food will affect the way you lose or gain fat, the first step to do that is to eat properly, and workout regularly. With a 5 meal diet, and 20 minutes of cardio, you could probably be losing 1/4-1/2 pounds of fat per month (depends on the person, diet, and amount of activity).

So lets start eating regularly, and by the summer get shredded!

That's such a forgotten aspect of weight lifting. I can't even begin to count the number of people i've spoken to who wish to lose weight or build muscle, but completely neglect their diet!

I agree, so many people neglect their diets. Also many people who I know aren't very well educated when it comes to eating whatsoever! I have heard the most outragous suggestions for obtaining protein even as far as eating kfc chicken!!!

Then they wonder why they are not getting the results!!!

Or the other end of the spectrum of the people who think they can lose weight by dieting alone. While it certainly is possible, it's much more easily obtainable if you combine a good workout along with a healthy diet.
