Default Fascia Stretch Training

Anyone try Fascia Stretch Training? Apparently, Jay Culter says this is how he won the O this past year. I've always incorporated some aspects of this to my programs but never really had my programs revolve entirely around it.

Here's the website to better describe the process.

http://http://www.fst-7.com/

basically it adds high volume at the end of a workout to really pump the muscle, in essence stretching the entire muscle/fascial structure by engorgement with blood thus causing more stretch and "damage" to stimulate further growth.
