Default Thigh and arse exercises!

Urgh! My thighs and rear are my biggest problem. No matter what I do, they won't shrink down! Give me your tips and tricks for workouts. Thanks!

Lunges, leg extensions, leg curls will be the meat and potatoes. Rep range in the 12-15 area with 4 sets and about 60 seconds rest. Of course diet and additional aerobic training is needed as well. Feel free to post up some before and after pics...

Haha, I dread those pictures! I'm actually very shy and modest.. Not to mention self conscious so I don't think I'll be posting any before's.

Your stomach, thighs and butt are usually the last places people lose the fat. If your goal is to lose weight then you need to stick to a low calorie diet and do more cardio exercises. Cardio will help your body burn the fat off. You eventually want to be at a point where you can keep your weight constant on the diet that you are following. From there you can continue to build up endurance through cardio or focus on building up muscles which will require tweaking your diet in order to provide more fuel for your muscles.
