Hi Azalea, welcome to the lair. How long have you been gyming it for?

@BRN - thank you and I'll definitely keep that in mind.
@Jojo - Actually, I just started. Right now I'm doing a lot of work outs at home because the gym is so expensive! :/

Welcome to the Lair, Azalea. You can accomplish a lot at home! I really am not a workout at home type person (I need other people around to motivate me) but I have tried p90x at home and really think it is a pretty decent system. With only a pull up bar (around $25) and adjustable dumbbells (usually around $50-75) you can get a substantial workout that includes strength training and aerobic conditioning. The abs portion of that program really kicks my ass!
Best,
Doc
