Well, I found this site while researching promotion for my own forum. But training is something I've always loved. I've trained off and on for nearly 17 years now. Slacked off a bit during medical school but picked up hard again thereafter. My best is 312#(141.8 kg) bench at a weight of 160#(73kg) at age 32. As I get older, I train less towards total strength and more on physique/functional muscle. I'd be glad to offer up any info I can.

Hi Doc, welcome to the forum It's a little sparse in here at the moment so it's great to see a new face!

That's a good strong bench you've got there, is that your one rep max?

I was able to barely scratch out 2 reps with that weight. Couldn't do it right now, though. I've been a bit slack over the holidays! Plan to be bigger, stronger for summer.
