Hi Guys, i'm just curious as to what you guys/girls have pre bed? At the moment i'm mixing a bit of whey with some casein and a load of milk; but I'm looking for something better.
Anyone have any suggestions?

I have 50g of whey protein. Milk. Serving of bcaa and l glutamine with flaxseed oil. Does me well but I do find that I need a wee as soon as I wake up all the time!!!!
