I'm currently lifting 4 days a week, usually Monday to Thursday; then just chill out over the weekend and relax.

I train 4 days a week....

Constantly mixing things up to "shock" the body

I wish I could train 6 days a week and be pro though!!!! Oh the life of a pro bodybuilder!!! ;-)

I do weight training about 6 days a week, but I do cardio almost every day.

I train 4 days a week with rest in between. On the off days, I usually do light cardio like jogging, swimming or bike riding. By giving my muscles time to rest and repair, I seem to be able to do more intense workouts.

mon-chest/shoulders, tues-back, thurs-legs, fri-arms

4 to 5 days a week ,but regularity is required i to maintain your body fit and want to increase the muscles mass...
