Default My bulk seems to be going pretty well!

I've been bulking in the past few weeks and stepped on the scales again today and noticed i've put on about half a stone (about 7lbs)

I was originally about 190lbs, at roughly 12% body fat; since then though, i've been eating big and lifting hard, 4 days a week, consuming about 3500 - 4000 calories a day, leaving me at roughly 200lbs with a small amount of fat gain (which is to be expected)

My diet is along the lines of:

Breakfast:
4 scrambled eggs (2 yolk, 4 whites)
1.5 scoops of whey
Large bowl of oats
1 large glass of juice

Mid Morning

Tuna and Peanut butter sandwiches

Mid day

An oat bar, 1.5 scoops of protein and 2 scoops oats

Lunch

2 servings of wholemeal rice with mackerel in spicy tomato sauce.
Half a tub of fat free natural yogurt.

Prework out
1 scoop of whey protein, 2 scoops of oats, 1 banana, creatine and my bcaas.

Postwork out
2 scoops of whey protein, 1 scoop of oats, 3 table spoons of glucose along with my bcaas.

Postwork out meal
3 scrambled eggs (1 yolk, 3 whites) and some juice
A bowl of weetabix (this is more of a treat than anything as i love weetabix)

Pre-bed shake:
1 scoop of casein, 1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil

Throughout the day i'll also snack of various bits and peices like nuts, apples and other fruit.

My 4 days a week split has been:

Monday: Shoulders
Tuesday: Chest / Tris
Wednesday: Legs and Bis
Thursday: Back

With Friday, saturday and Sunday rest and other commitments.

I plan on keeping my diet pretty much as it is, until my gains start to slow down, and then maybe do another cut!

That's awesome news! Looks like you've got a lot of carbs in there from oats lol.

As soon as your bulk is over, you'll have to post us some before and after pics

Got on the scales again today and I'm up to 206lbs which is good! I've dropped down my carbs a bit which has led to a little fat loss which has been great for me.

I'd like to get to around 220lbs then do a cut!
