just wondering what people train on what days

at moment i train
monday- chest, tris, shoulders
tues- back, biceps,abs
wed- off
thurs- legs
fri- arms, abs
wkend- off

thats when everything goes to plan anyway.

My routine goes like:

Monday: Shoulders
Tuesday: Bis and Legs (this is a weird combo I know lol)
Wednesday: Back
Thursday: Chest and Tris
Friday: off
Saturday: off
Sunday: off

I tend to switch the order around most weeks to keep everything fresh, but the 4 days on and 3 days off pretty much stays as it gives me a good break from it all for a few days, ready to get back into it after the weekend!

Thursday: Off
Friday: Shoulders
Saturday: Back
Sunday: off

Wash, rinse and repeat
