Monday: Shoulders
Tuesday: Bis and Legs (this is a weird combo I know lol)
Wednesday: Back
Thursday: Chest and Tris
Friday: off
Saturday: off
Sunday: off
I tend to switch the order around most weeks to keep everything fresh, but the 4 days on and 3 days off pretty much stays as it gives me a good break from it all for a few days, ready to get back into it after the weekend!
