Unhappy what keeps you going

i having a problem with commiting to the gym at the moment, having alot of work/car/wife/finacial trouble(nearly cancelled my gym membership) usually day to day shit really.
But im going tonight an gonna make sure i go, but was wondering what keeps you lot focused an keep going to gym. especially if you dont feel up to it, and diet(mine is no existant at the moment), ive really let myself go, and im feeling it-no energy,no get up an go like i used to.

to put it simply, I FEEL LIKE CRAP

moan over

Don't worry about it man, we all need a moan from time to time.

Training is tough when life's getting you, but it's all part of the game. Quitters quit, and winners keep on getting up and going back for more - it's a vicious cycle which favours the determind.

Personally, when I'm feeling like quitting I drop my training intensity down a little bit, and don't train for so long - but I still keep a regular schedule, just because after breaking the routine, it's a pain in the arse to get back into it. So far I've been going 4 years solid and never skipped more than a session of two due to anything but illness or going on holiday.

You've just gotta remember that life gets in the way, which you have to deal with because life is always more important, but don't give up. You'll regret it otherwise when shit's all calmed down.

I'll leave you with a quote from the man himself!
